Nutrition, Fitness, and Lifestyle Assessment
This is a 90 min Assessment of your Activity, Nutrition, and Lifestyle. We will perform a full review of your assessment questionnaire to be completed prior to the session. The questionnaire includes topics such as diet, physical activity, stress and recovery, daily habits, health, and what you want to achieve. We will strategize goal setting and behavioral adherence as well as calorie and macro planning. You will receive a full Inbody Analysis and we will discuss ongoing Fitness, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Coaching plan options.

TPI Golf Fitness Assessment
An assessment of swing mechanics and biomechanics, physical fitness, movement quality, current health and client history. Once the screen is complete, the results are utilized to create a plan that is unique to that golfer.
Also includes a Swing Analysis session utilizing 4D Motion capture technology. The 4D Motion technology will assess your most likely swing flaws. We will perform prescribed drills to address the top flaws and re capture to assess improvement.

This 90-minute consultation is for anyone wondering how to modify exercise during pregnancy, returning to fitness postpartum, or navigating exercise with diastasis recti, stress induced incontinence, prolapse or pelvic pain.
